It Is Finished [23:06] For the last two studies we have been looking at how we can survive and overcome the trials and tribulations that the enemy has been hitting us with over the past few months [23:07] We all have been in this situation now for awhile and it is now time for us to move forward again with purpose [23:07] And so tonight together we will be making a declaration of war on the enemy.
[23:08] we will all answer the call [23:08] Is There Not A Call? [23:08] today there is a battle line that has been drawn [23:08] and we now have to make our move on the enemy for the Lord
[23:09] Tonight we will be looking at the two profiles in the Bible that authored these two phrases
[23:09] and when we are done hopefully they will be our battle cries
[23:10] And whatever the enemy is throwing at us tonight we will serve notice on the demons of hell that we are not going to stand for it anymore
[23:10] and we are going to declare to Satan he is under our feet
[23:11] Let us now go to the Word of God [23:11] and see a fellow that all of us know [23:11] and look at a situation he was in that we all have read and heard of
[23:11] but tonight we will look at it from a different perspective and apply it to us today in our fight [23:12] Tonight we will talk of David and Goliath [23:12] but tonight we will look at it has a symbolic example for us today
[23:13] kjv 1 Samuel 17:38-39 1 Samuel 17:38 And Saul armed David with his armour, and he put an helmet of brass upon his head; also he armed him with a coat of mail. 1 Samuel 17:39 And David girded his sword upon his armour, and he assayed to go; for he had not proved it. And David said unto Saul, I cannot go with these; for I have not proved them. And David put them off him.
[23:14] Here we see David as the king is trying to give David the tools for his victory according to the kings eyes [23:14] Saul was depending on the things of man to defeat the enemy
[23:14] who was coming against Israel [23:15] But David refused what seemed to be a good idea by the worldly point of view
[23:15] and chose to use the weapons he himself had tested
[23:15] to the king and the army of Israel this was foolish
[23:15] but David knew what he trusted in [23:16] God had always seen him through the fight with a sling and he trusted in God to do it again [23:16] here is a key for us to see [23:16] It does not matter how I fight the enemy [23:16] or how anyone else in this room fights the enemy [23:17] we can learn the basics from each other but when we get into the battle
[23:17] it is our own experiences and methods that the Lord has given us that we will gain victory [23:17] against the goliath's in our life [23:17] our

[23:18] I can not win your battles and you can not win mine by using each others weapons
[23:18] but together with each of us using the weapons the Lord has given specially to us that together we can help each other win
[23:19] it takes all of us together to help each other overcome
[23:19] David had posted the question to the army [23:20] as they hid from their enemy [23:20] Goliath was mocking their God [23:20] making fun of them and the one they worshiped [23:20] today many in the world are making fun of us [23:20] and mocking our Lord [23:21] they are trying to convince us or sidetrack us by their remarks
[23:21] but when this come to our ears we must purpose in our hearts
[23:21] like David did and say to ourselves [23:22] kjv 1 Samuel 17:29 And David said, What have I now done? Is there not a cause?
[23:22] Do we not have a cause ? [23:22] Satan is attacking our brothers and sisters [23:22] he is attacking us [23:22] he is attacking our family members [23:23] he is attacking this ministry that is trying to reach the inter net for God
[23:23] Is there not a cause? [23:23] Satan I declare to you [23:23] you are to leave our brothers and sisters alone [23:23] this is the cause [23:24] you are to release your attacks and holds on our families
[23:24] this is the cause [23:24] you are to release your assaults on this Internet ministry

[23:26] we say now to the enemy [23:26] YES THIS IS THE CAUSE [23:27] WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD [23:27] AND THROUGH JESUS WE WILL OVERCOME YOU [23:27] Now David before the battle went and got the ammunition he needed to defeat the enemy he was about to face [23:28] kjv 1 Samuel 17:40 And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd's bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine. [23:28] David went to the stem and chose 5 small stones to use
[23:29] now why would he chose 5 [23:29] when only one would be needed [23:29] well goliath had some brothers [23:29] just as the enemy we face has demon brothers with him
[23:30] and David chose them out of a stream of running water
[23:30] we today have 5 stones to use against the enemy we are facing
[23:31] and all 5 of these stones must have had the water of the Holy Spirit flowing over them to be ready for use [23:31] our stone 1 is--Faith [23:31] FAITH
[23:32] kjv Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

[23:38] is a awesome weapon and a huge stone that will take out any enemy we face in our lives

[23:39] THE BLOOD OF JESUS [23:39] it is by the blood of Jesus we can defeat and stop the enemy cold in his tracks

[23:48] this is the declaration that cause the demons in hell to tremble
[23:48] they all know that through Jesus we will take their heads
[23:49] if they try to attack us [23:49] and by their defeat the others will see the glory

[23:55] but see here is a important fact to see [23:55] David did not only kill the giant [23:55] but he also made sure it was totally defeated by cutting off its head
[23:55] he did not rest on the victory [23:56] he made sure it was a total victory [23:56] and a total defeat for the enemy [23:56] when you are attacking the enemy that is facing you
