[00:02] Through him the Lord has a message for all of us today
[00:02] that is very prevalent at this time and place. [00:03] Last night we talked of reaching out to touch His hem
[00:03] tonight we are going to see where the Lord is reaching out to us
[00:03] For the past few months there have been many trials with
everyone who has come here
[00:04] There have been times in all our lives when we were under assault from the enemy from every direction [00:04] And it seems that the enemy is massing on all sides of us
[00:05] everyone here tonight has been under an attack from Satan in one way or another
[00:05] earlier here there was talk of being thirsty [00:06] and when this was said the Lord opened a study for us
[00:06] so to be honest with you like you this will be the first time I have heard this
[00:07] You see when you are under attack it is like going through a desert
[00:07] and the constant trials and tribulations will cause your spiritual side to become thirsty [00:08] with thirst comes weakness [00:08] and even illusions [00:08] mirages is what they call them in the deserts [00:08] and when we are under heavy attack from Satan we sometime get what we would call spiritual mirages [00:09] even though they are untrue to us they seem real [00:09] and this can stop us from going on for the Lord [00:09] Many good workers for the Lord have fell by the way side because of this thirst
[00:10] they have not backslid but they have just stopped working and have sit down to wait for the Lord to come [00:10] This is not to be
[00:10] Tonight from the prophet Isaiah the Lord is speaking to all of us
[00:11] and hopefully tonight we will refill ourselves with His living water to renew ourselves and go on [00:12] Now in the old testament the Lord used the name I Am
[00:12] for Himself
[00:12] He said this to Moses [00:12] tell them that I Am [00:12] so now from Isaiah comes the voice of the great I Am
[00:13] and remember Jesus told the pharisees that before Abraham I Am
[00:13] so let us go now and listen [00:13] kjv Isaiah 41:10-11 Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will
strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my
righteousness.
Isaiah 41:11 Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.
[00:14] Here we are told to fear not [00:14] For God is with us [00:14] and He is going to help us [00:15] in verse 11 we see that our enemy will be --confounded
[00:15] you see when Satan comes against you the Lord will confound his demons as they come at you [00:15] when the demon of condemnation comes he will be confounded by the Lord
[00:16] when the demon of frustration comes against you he will be confounded
[00:16] no matter what enemy is coming against you they will be
confounded
[00:17] Although you are seeing what is ahead of you as insurmountable it will be as nothing
[00:17] kjv Isaiah 41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. [00:17] God is promising us all tonight He will help us [00:18] to overcome
[00:18] He is at your side now with you [00:18] think of this the Lord who made the world and all the universe is with you
[00:18] nothing in the world can defeat you [00:19] you have this promise from Him [00:19] Kjv Isaiah 43:1-2 Isaiah 43:1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. Isaiah 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
Isaiah 43:3 For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. [00:20] kjv isaiah 43:4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. [00:21] here Israel is being told by the Lord that they are precious and that God loved them and He would do everything for them
[00:22] kjv isaiah 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
[00:23] God is telling us here that we are His chosen [00:23] we are his witness [00:23] He is saying I am He [00:23] the world will try and sway you to their gods [00:23] they will try and belittle the Lord for their gods
[00:24] their gods will give you false security [00:24] and a false sense of hope [00:24] but when we are in the wilderness of trials [00:24] we become thirsty and will sometime see the spiritual mirages
[00:25] the world will give us many spiritual mirages [00:25] that would try and tell us that we are better off there then with the Lord
[00:25] they will try and show to us there is no God [00:25] and that we are foolish in trusting in Him and believing
[00:26] they say why believe you can not see [00:26] but who can see the wind [00:26] it is felt but not seen [00:26] it is visible by the things it picks up [00:26] but in itself it can not be seen [00:27] but the wind can tear down anything built by man [00:27] in time it can level mountains [00:27] the wind can be refreshing in the times of summer

[00:27] no matter what you are hearing from others [00:28] The I AM
[00:28] is for you
[00:28] and will blow down every worldly build obstacle in front of you
[00:28] it will level any mountain that is blocking you [00:29] and it will cool you when the world turns up the heat
[00:29] this is the promise of the great I AM [00:29] Fear not for I AM with you [00:30] now and forever
[00:32] we tonight are going to have the dry times in our lives
[00:32] but unlike those in the world we have a hope [00:32] a promise
[00:32] a deliverer
[00:32] who will pick us up and bring us through [00:33] this is why Jesus said to the woman at the well [00:33] that the water He has when one drinks they will never thirst again
[00:33] are you thirsty tonight [00:34] have you been through the desert [00:34] are you going through the desert now [00:35] well fear not
[00:35] for the great I am is for you tonight [00:35] Isaiah was the mouthpiece for the Lord [00:36] and his writing is for now to us like they were to the nation of his time
[00:36] Jesus will make the desert a garden for you [00:37] He will give you the drink you need [00:37] you just look to Him [00:37] to the I am
[00:37] kjv Isaiah 41:17 When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. [00:38] are you thirsty tonight [00:38] do you need a drink of the I Am water [00:38] He is not going to forsake you [00:38] kjv isaiah 41:18 I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. [00:39] are you out in the dry lands [00:39] are you in the valley [00:39] look to the Lord
[00:39] for He has the pool you need to drink from [00:40] This is our promise [00:40] and our faith

[00:41] Jesus is going to break the barriers that are now in front of you
[00:41] He is going to level the mountain [00:41] He is going to defeat the enemies that are coming against you
[00:41] He is coming to you tonight [00:42] through Isaiah 's writings [00:42] He knows what you are going through [00:42] and He knows you are thirsty and weak from the fight
[00:42] in the dry places of your life [00:43] the enemy is trying to give you mirages to side track you
[00:43] but Jesus is saying tonight [00:43] LOOK TO ME
[00:43] I WILL GIVE YOU WATER FOR YOUR THIRST [00:43] I AM YOUR STRENGTH [00:44] I AM YOUR REST
[00:44] I AM YOUR WATER OF LIFE [00:44] I AM THAT I AM
[00:44] Jesus is saying He is your I AM tonight [00:45] He is telling us all not to give in to the thirst
[00:45] not to give in to the mirages that are being set before us
[00:45] Jesus is saying
[00:45] DO NOT LOOK AT THE MOUNTAIN BEFORE YOU [00:45] WITH YOUR MORTAL EYES [00:46] LOOK AT THEM THROUGH MY EYES [00:46] Jesus is with us tonight [00:46] now and forever
[00:46] and like Isaiah we all can write from our lives the stories
[00:47] of how Jesus has brought us through [00:47] the great I AM is here tonight [00:48] He is with you now [00:48] right where you are at [00:48] He is already moving ahead of you to take out the trials you are facing
[00:48] His hands are already lifting you over the obstacles
[00:49] He is ready to comfort you [00:49] kjv Isaiah 51:12
Isaiah 51:12 I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass;
Isaiah 51:13 And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor? Isaiah 51:14 The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail. [00:50] WE ARE NOT GOING TO SPIRITUALLY DIE IN THE PIT [00:51] YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DIE IN THE PITS OF TRIBULATIONS

[00:51] You will not grow weak for His bread is for you and will never diminish
[00:51] what is the bread of the soul [00:51] where is it at
[00:52] And that His bread shall not fail [00:52] that is what that last verse said [00:52] If you hunger go to the Word of God [00:53] if you thirst go to the everlasting well of living water
[00:53] in prayer
[00:53] this is what the spiritual side of you lives on [00:53] no matter how hard the trails are [00:53] never give up on reading the Word [00:54] never give up on the promises it contains [00:54] for it is the lord speaking to you [00:54] don't stop praying
[00:54] take your spiritual side to the well in prayer and drink deeply
[00:55] kjv isaiah 51:15-16 Isaiah 51:15 But I am the LORD thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts is his name. Isaiah 51:16 And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people. [00:56] The great I AM is speaking to us tonight [00:56] God will part the waters of tribulations before us so we can go on over to the other side [00:57] and He is using His hands to shade us from the heat of the enemy through our tribulations and trials [00:57] Remember we are His people [00:57] we are the adopted children of the great I AM [00:58] we are in the family of God together [00:58] and He is not going to let us die in the dry places
[00:58] He is not going to let us be deceived by the mirages of the world before us
[00:58] He is not going to let us thirst [00:58] the water is here for us [00:59] He is the everlasting overflowing well of living water for us
[00:59] He is the wind that goes before us and clears our path
[00:59] He is the shade that we stay under for protection from the heat of the enemy
[01:00] and He goes before us defeating the enemy that comes against us
