Come?
[00:08] Tonight we are going to talk on the next section on deliverance ministry and the operators
[00:09] And we are going to try and answer the questions of Why?
[00:10] And the deliverance ministries today are working with a sudden increase of captives coming to them. [00:11] These poor souls do not even realize that they are in bondage
[00:12] Today the influx of demonically oppressed and possessed captive
[00:12] is on a daily increase [00:13] And to the deliverance opp there is questions that are being asked.
[00:13] Now for the opp (deliverance operator) to be effective
[00:14] They must have these answers to operate effectively
[00:14] What are these questions that must be answered [00:14] 1. Why did this happen to them? [00:15] 2. Why are they so confused and hard to reach? [00:15] 3. Why are they blinded to the Word of God? [00:15] 4. Why do they come? [00:16] These are the questions that every opp asks himself as he
ministers daily. as they see the flood of captives coming into their sphere of influence.

[00:18] So now let us look at these questions and try to answer them , for in finding the answers we will become better deliverance operators.
[00:18] First why is the sudden increase of demonic influence now?
[00:19] Demonic activity increases when there is something great about to happen in the spiritual realm. [00:20] Especially if it concerns the enemy of the demons --mankind.
[00:21] Like a flood taking away the productivity of the land-- they try and top the productivity of the body of Christ. [00:22] We are told in the last days that men will become worse and worse.
[00:22] and the evil spirits are controlling society today
[00:23] Now this increase is always the same [00:23] and we are told of the fields of activity that are binding the captives
[00:23] kjv 2 timothy 3:1-2 2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud,
blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy [00:24] kjv 2 timothy 3:3-5 2 Timothy 3:3 Without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce,
despisers of those that are good
2 Timothy 3:4 Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
[00:26] Now in the past we can find where this has occurred every time there was a major spiritual event [00:27] and this is why we see a increase in the traffic of demonic
captives coming
[00:27] when Jesus begin His earthly ministry there was a sudden increase of demonic workings
[00:28] why -- becase they wanted to hinder His work. [00:28] There was a increase of demon activity when the church was in its infancy trying to spread the gospel to the world [00:29] why--because demons wanted to stop the truth from going out
[00:29] There was a increase in activity in the first part of the 20th century
[00:30] Why -- because the great revivals of the latter day rains were starting and the demons wanted it stopped [00:31] and today the demonic activity is at its height and the
deliverance opps are facing it
[00:31] why--Because the demons know time is short and the power of God to fee them must be stopped. [00:31] This is why the deliverance opp is so busy today.
[00:32] Now our enemy is not stupid [00:32] for when Satan is operating in what we call primitive cultures
[00:33] he uses the manifestations of animals and other things that strike fear into the natives
[00:33] and like wise in the society where knowledge is he uses more deceptive ways of capturing
[00:34] And for the deliverance opp it is a challenge to ferret the demonic jailers out and cast them away [00:35] to many possession and oppression are mental disease so by knowledge he gives his demons cover from many [00:38] He blinds the captives with knowledge from the world and then lets his demons go about the business of ripping up the lives of many of God's children
[00:38] And tearing up the lives of the unsaved [00:39] and it is up to the deliverance opps to be ready to allow God to work through them to free these captives [00:40] Demons use a threefold rope to bind their victims and control their lives until they either die or until the chord is broken by the sword of God which is the Word. [00:40] kjv 1 john 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. [00:41] To the secular world christians are powerless and dull
[00:42] for they do not try to obtain power, wealth and fame through manipulation of others
[00:42] And this is a tactic straight from the pit of Hell
[00:42] for it make the land ripe for the demons to ensnare many
[00:43] and without the lord in your life there is no way to defend yourself from the attacks
[00:43] Deliverance opps must be ready for this battle [00:43] Why can they not see their doom? [00:44] For an opp to reach the captive he must use the truth that is in the word of God
[00:45] For this to be effective the opp must let the Holy spirit guide him and show him the opening for prying off the chains that bind

[00:46] they can hide behind a lie of false cover and thus the captive will not realize he is ensnared [00:46] The opp must break this chain [00:47] for success

[00:51] It is because the captives come to God for help [00:52] seeking healing and deliverance that the opp encounters anger, bitterness, resentfulness [00:53] and belligerence when they try and help the captive
[00:53] and the opp to keep from being frustrated must see why this is so
[00:54] and they have stolen the hopes and aspirations of their captives
[00:54] This is the price the captive paid for the rewards he had gotten earlier in the world [00:55] what was thought to be their desires are now soured
[00:56] But it is through God that the opp will prevail if he will remember his place in God
[00:56] Why do they come? [00:56] thy are seeking relief , and healing form their tormentors
[00:57] and the opp is the one who can help them in finding what they seek.
[00:57] now they will bring many things with them that the opp must expel and then replace with the love of Jesus [00:58] first I will list the baggage and then what the opp must release to them through the power of healing from God [00:59] for discouragement-----encouragement [00:59] false pride---humility [00:59] compromise---determination [01:00] aimlessness--purpose [01:00] ridicule--aspiration [01:00] rejection--acceptance [01:00] unbelief--belief
[01:00] impatience--patience [01:01] hopelessness--hope [01:01] mistrust --trust
[01:01] self pity--self worth [01:01] fear--courage
[01:01] vengefulness --forgiveness [01:02] These are the areas that the deliverance opp must work through and rebuild what is torn
[01:02] when they come we must give them what they need [01:02] and that is the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ [01:03] for this the opp must be; [01:03] understanding of the captive [01:03] show love and kindness to them [01:03] be open and honest
[01:03] be firm when need [01:04] be sensitive to their needs [01:04] Be available
[01:04] sacrifice time to help them [01:04] give of yourself
[01:05] be ready to face the enemy instantly and send him fleeing
[01:05] show the captive the love of Jesus and how it will give them peace
[01:05] when we work with these people above all [01:06] we must keep our emotions under control [01:06] whatever they may say at us we must overlook and remember it is the demon and not the person [01:06] the golden rule of a deliverance op is: [01:07] hate the demon-
[01:07] hate the sin-
[01:07] but love the person [01:07] with the love of the Lord [01:07] For that is what Jesus did. [01:08] He loved the people but quickly dispatched the demons back to their pit
[01:08] Let the love of Christ show through us all [01:09] Because it is our commission from the Lord to help the lost and give them peace through Jesus [01:09] And we are to be his examples to a lost world [01:09] amen
